According to a report from TMZ on Monday (Feb. 8th), Platinum Transportation Group claims that they had a contract with the Migos member in May of 2020 where he would pay less than $600 a day to rent their 2020 Bentley Bentayga. The lease was only supposed to last for a couple of days, but Offset would request extensions on the rental.
After the Fourth of July last year, Offset told the rental company that he didn’t know where the car was or who had it last. Offset fulfilled his payments until the deal expired on July 25, 2020, but didn’t make payments past that day, although the car had reportedly been lost.
The rental company even reportedly went as far as filing a police report, but was unable to provide evidence of the report.
PTG is seeking financial damages and is arguing that they’ve missed out on more than $100,000 in revenue following the disappearance of the Bentley Bentayga.
