Beyoncé has been urged to pull Ivy Park out of Top Shop following accusations of racism and sexual harassment against the store’s owner. According to The Jasmine Brand, Sir Philip Green, the 66-year-old chairman of Arcadia Group, a retail company that includes Topshop, Topman, is being accused of sexual harassment, bullying and racial abuse in a case brought against him by ex-Northern Ireland secretary, Lord Peter Hain. Hain says that he was given Green’s name by someone “intimately involved in the case.”

Oprah Winfrey will be canvassing for Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams in Georgia. The upcoming election is one of the tightest in the upcoming midterms, prompting national attention and support from both sides of the aisle.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office will not prosecute Sylvester Stallone over allegations that he assaulted a woman in 1987 and 1990, the office announced Tuesday.

The unnamed woman claimed she had a consensual relationship with the Rocky star in 1987, but that he assaulted her twice. She provided witnesses to the D.A.

The office said that “none of the fresh complaint witnesses corroborated victim's allegations. Additional investigation did not provide any further corroboration."

Stallone has denied the allegations, which also fell outside of statute of limitations laws. Read the Full Story:
