President Trump is headed to Chicago today, October 28th, to speak at the International Association of Chiefs of Police conference at McCormick Place.
Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson says he will not attend the conference. Mayor Lightfoot also says she has no plans in meeting with the president.
After his speech, Trump will hold a political fundraiser at Trump Tower.
